About ELITE DIP
Elite offers a comprehensive 72-hour and 48-hour Driver Intervention Program (DIP) at the Hyatt Place, 11345 Chester Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. We are certified with the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Hyatt Place hotel is located next door to the Sharonville Convention Center and shares the large parking lot.
72-hour Program Details
We deliver a minimum of 21 hours of structured education including:
- Our professionals conduct a 1-hour screening
- The certified instructors lead 15 hours of evidence-based substance use and traffic education
- Finally, trained counselors guide you through 5 hours of small group discussion
We implement the Safety Center’s proven curriculum, providing individual client workbooks, educational traffic videos, and supplementary materials. All our staff are certified counselors in Ohio. Hispanic counselors are available at all dates of service, please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this service.
Additionally, Elite serves all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) throughout your stay to ensure your comfort. Our caterers create a menu that is well balanced and supports most diet needs. There is a choice of two dishes at each meal. Breakfast buffet is offered by the hotel each morning of the program.

Above all, we help you understand the factors that led to your offense and develop strategies to prevent future incidents. Through education and support, we promote greater safety in our community. As a result, you’ll complete our program with valuable insights and practical tools.
Schedule and Pricing
- We run programs from Thursday 5:00 PM through Sunday 5:00 PM
- Shared room (double occupancy): $375
- Private room (single occupancy): $570
- We charge a 3.5% fee for credit card payments

Registration Requirements
Initially, we require a $250 deposit to secure your registration, with full payment due NO LATER THAN TWENTY (20) DAYS before your program date. In addition, please note:
- We ONLY GUARANTEE your space when you pay in full
- We consider $200 nonrefundable if you cancel less than 20 days before the program
- We cannot accept personal checks
- We limit space (first paid, first served)
- We offer waitlist options upon request
Important Policies
- First and foremost, you must arrive alcohol and drug-free (violations may result in dismissal, referral notification, and forfeited fees)
- Our staff will search all belongings upon your arrival for safety and security purposes
- You bring valuables and cash at your own risk
- We prohibit phone calls during program hours (you must keep cell phones in rooms)
- You must bring ALL medications in ORIGINAL CONTAINERS with only enough for 3 days (our staff will create an inventory and have them prepared for self administration during the program)
- We only permit sealed, original package snacks, water,and soda, that you can bring in to the program at intake
- Finally, we restrict smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) to designated outdoor areas only. All electronic smoking devices must be checked by staff.
